Our standard postal charges are shown on the shopping cart page and are for postage in mainland U.K. All orders are processed as soon
as possible and sent First Class Recorded Delivery, leaving Angela Flanders twice weekly. If goods are not immediately available, the
supply time will take longer but you will be notified if this is the case.
Next Day delivery is also available,at an extra cost, please contact the shop on 0207 739 7555 to discuss your requirements.
We now offer a courier service within the Greater London area.The cost of the service is dependant on the size of the parcel and the distance of the delivery. Please ask for further details.
As a general rule, once the payment has been completed, the goods are dispatched within 3-5 days, however, at certain times of the year
due to increased volume of mail order they may take a little longer. All mainland dispatches are sent out recorded delivery and therefore
require a signature on arrival. If you are not in at the time of delivery the postman will generally leave a note to say that the parcel has been taken back to the depot where you may pick it up. The parcel will be kept there for two weeks before it is returned to Angela Flanders.
For customers resident outside the UK, postage rates will be charged according to the destination. Please contact regarding postal costs. It should be noted that there may also be duty payable by the customer on arrival of the goods.
NOTE: If payment is made by card and the goods are not going to your billing address, you will need to authorise a third party address with
your card company before goods will be dispatched.
Returns Policy
In no circumstances can we offer a credit note or exchange goods that have been opened or used. For this reason we strongly recommend that you make use of the sample service to try before you buy.
If you are purchasing a fragrance as a gift we are happy to provide an accompanying free sample so that the recipient may try the fragrance
for suitability before opening the gift.
Should goods arrive faulty, we may provide a replacement or credit note as appropriate.The faulty item should be returned with all the packaging and accessories as purchased along with the receipt and relevant documents within 28 days of purchase. As a gesture of good will we may refund the cost of the return postage (it is therefore advised that the item also be returned by recorded delivery).However, we can not replace goods or provide a credit note until we are in receipt of the faulty goods.
